Pre-sales service
01 Needs Understanding: Conduct timely communication with Party A and architects to understand and grasp their design concepts, decorative styles, as well as various technical parameter requirements for products and structures.
02 Drawing Familiarization: Carefully familiarize oneself with the drawings to understand and master the structural characteristics of the building, spatial features, interfaces and joint details.
03 Preliminary Plan: Combine client needs, architects' concepts and drawings to complete the preliminary design plan.
04 Plan Refinement: Conduct multi-method and multi-channel communication with Party A, architects and general contractors regarding the preliminary plan, provide timely feedback on information from all parties, and continuously revise and refine the plan. Meanwhile, conduct repeated calculation and verification on the system structure load, and finally approve and finalize the detailed design plan.
05 Data Measurement: Use professional tools to measure and extract data from all parts of the building space. After repeated testing and verification, input the data into the computer database.
06 Fitting and Modeling: Use professional BIM software to simulate and build a 3D model, perform curved surface fitting, and complete panel segmentation. (Applicable to the shaped decorative surfaces with extremely complex or multi-dimensional curved surfaces in special buildings.)
07 Drawing and Order Placement: Extract the precise dimensions of each panel of the decorative surface from the model, draw product layout drawings and part drawings, compile lists, and enter the production and manufacturing process.

After-sales service
Regarding quality, if Dinggong's products are damaged or exhibit major and critical defects due to our fault, we will 1) deliver a replacement, 2) refund the corresponding amount and losses as compensation, or 3) dispatch our technicians to your site for maintenance.
Before Dinggong's products arrive at your site, we will provide our customers with a complete construction drawing or assembly diagram, along with a user manual, and provide patient, detailed training and professional guidance to ensure a smooth project implementation. Dinggong can also arrange for our project engineers to fly to your site at any time to provide professional assistance, training, and inspections, as needed.
