Topind Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Topind Construction") is a company specializing in providing architectural construction solutions. Our business covers five major modules: scaffold formwork engineering, steel structure, aluminum alloy engineering, bridge and tunnel monitoring, and small modular housing.
Since the early 1950s, construction scaffolding has evolved from the earliest bamboo or wood scaffolding to fastener type steel pipe scaffolding, and then to disk type scaffolding. From the development of scaffolding, we can see the development of construction technology in China, and on the other hand, we can also see the huge market opportunities in the construction field.
In 2008, the country began to invest in large-scale infrastructure, which has led to a leap in the development of infrastructure technology in China. The emergence of various new materials, processes, and technologies has mushroomed.
In 2013, the national "the Belt and Road" strategy enabled China's construction technology to be exported, bringing Chinese construction technology to overseas markets.
In the field of of traditional construction, we have successively completed residential and public construction projects such as the Fuzhong North Resettlement Housing in the New City of Malawan, the Xiting Guanren Resettlement Housing Lot A1, the Meifeng Garden Resettlement Housing, the Guankou Third Community Resettlement Housing, and the Phase II Project of the Comprehensive Practice Base for Primary and Secondary Schools in Xiamen. In this project, we have used climbing scaffolding technology, buckle scaffolding technology, buckle internal support system, steel pipe scaffolding technology, aluminum alloy formwork technology Construction technologies such as plywood formwork technology and steel formwork technology.
In the field of steel structure construction, we have successively completed:
1. Haichen Lithium Battery R&D and Intelligent Manufacturing Factory (Phase II) Steel Structure Engineering Project: With a construction area of approximately 75000 square meters and a steel structure volume of approximately 14000 tons.
2. Ningdu County Titanium Times 2GWh Composite Titanium Lithium Battery Production Plant and Surrounding Supporting Facilities Steel Structure Engineering Project: The total construction area is about 140000 square meters, and the steel structure volume is about 10000 tons.
3. Xiamen New Convention and Exhibition Center - Conference Center Steel Structure Engineering Project: The conference center covers an area of approximately 107400 square meters.
4. The steel structure engineering project of the production factory of Jinuosi (Fujian) Furniture Co., Ltd. has a total construction area of 127197 square meters and has been awarded the title of "Zhangzhou Narcissus Cup High Quality Project".
5. Xiamen Xiangyu Group Building Steel Structure Engineering Project: The total investment of the project is 460 million yuan, with a total construction area of approximately 98000 square meters. The project is a high-rise steel structure building.
6. Xiamen West Bay Cruise City Plot 7- Non Terminal Steel Structure Engineering Project: The project has an investment of 920 million yuan and a construction area of approximately 590000 square meters. The project is a reinforced steel structure building.
7. Xiang'an Sports Exchange Center Steel Structure Engineering Project: The total investment of the project is 387 million yuan, with a total construction area of approximately 49600 square meters, of which the maximum span of the steel structure truss is 72 meters.
8. Steel Structure Engineering Project of Plot 2 of Tong'an New Economic Industrial Park: The total investment of the project is 604 million yuan, with a total construction area of 125500 square meters; The prefabricated rate of this project is 63%, making it the first one star prefabricated building in Xiamen.
In the field of steel structure production technology, we are a comprehensive service provider for the large and medium-sized steel structure (prefabricated) industry that integrates "steel structure production, steel structure construction, and related steel structure supporting industries". At present, the company's Phase I factory is equipped with two light and heavy steel structure production lines, one section steel processing line, and one large steel structure bridge production line. It has over 200 sets of advanced mechanical manufacturing equipment, with a monthly steel structure processing output of 2500 tons and an annual steel structure output of 30000 tons. At the same time, the second phase of our company's construction is currently underway, with an estimated annual production capacity of 50000 tons.
We have developed innovative technologies including BIM technology, ultra thick plate welding technology, robot push sliding technology, and single sided welding and double-sided forming technology. At the same time, it has its own innovative technology system, including a complete set of bending and torsion component technology, a complete set of tension string structure construction technology, a complete set of large opening and closing structure technology, and a complete set of application technology for large cast steel nodes.
At present, the company's steel structure production base covers an area of 75000 square meters and has approximately 150 production personnel; The company has passed ISO9001 quality and ISO45001 occupational health certification systems. In November 2022, our company obtained the prefabricated steel structure over 20 patents in the field.
In other production process fields, since 2005, we have been continuously depositing in the field of hardware and plastic manufacturing for a long time, and have successively mastered the processing technology of metal materials: zinc aluminum alloy die casting, steel based and iron based material casting, metal precision machining and stamping molding (copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum based materials), metal heat treatment, metal surface treatment (electroplating, spraying, aluminum oxidation, chemical corrosion, etc.); Processing technology of plastic materials: injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, blistering, extrusion and surface treatment (electroplating, spraying, etc.).
Based on the above historical development experience and the market opportunities generated by the huge demand for Chinese construction technology from overseas in the future, through 18 years of on-site construction experience accumulation and 18 years of precipitation of hardware and plastic production technology, and through the application of new materials, new processes, and new methods, we will continue to bring new changes to global construction technology.
